We ship to most countries overseas. The shipping rates are dynamic. The more products you order the lower is the shipping cost per product.
Shipping In India
We offer free shipping for sarees to be delivered within India for orders whose total value is above Rs.5000. Please ensure you provide us with the complete details of the person being shipped to. If you require sarees to be delivered on any particular date, please write to us. We will try our best to deliver on the requested date.
We ship all orders by fastest possible & reputed courier services like FEDEX, DHL and Professional Couriers who deliver within 24-72 hours in all major cities and towns of India from the date of dispatch. Delivery times to interior locations can take 3-7 days or more depending on the location. These dates are not binding on us as a third party provides the service.
For shipping overseas, the delivery time may vary from 4-7 days depending on the destination. We use companies of repute such as FEDEX, DHL or similar. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays from the carriers end.
Transit & Charges
We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched. Any inward taxes or duties as applicable in line with the laws of the respective country or state will have to be borne by the customer.
Return of Shipments
The right to accept returns is solely the decision of Tulsi Silks. In case returns are made by customers where there has been no fault on part of Tulsi Silks, the entire shipping cost must be borne with customers. Sarees thus retuened must be unused and should be in original condition and packaging. Also courier services of international standards must be used and the liability rests entirely on the sender in the event of the loss of product while shipping the product back.
